Under the hood, the Grand Cherokee L retains the familiar V-6 and V-8 engines found in the two-row Grand Cherokee. While rear-wheel drive comes standard, Jeep offers three variations of its Quadra-Drive all-wheel-drive system, with the most sophisticated version enhancing off-road capabilities.
This new generation of Jeep emphasizes driver-assistance technology, with features like adaptive cruise control and pedestrian detection included as standard across the lineup. The Grand Cherokee L is set to hit showrooms soon, while the two-row Grand Cherokee will adopt this modernized design for the 2023 model year.
